The Takeover Commission consists of:
- 1 chairpersons
- 2 vice chairpersons
- 3 Members from judiciary
- 3 Members proposed by the Austrian Economic Chamber
- 3 Members proposed by the Austrian Chamber of Labour
Members must have the required knowledge in the fields of capital markets and securities trading, company law or business valuation. Currently (term of office 2024 to 2028), the Takeover Commission consists of:
